IA (Australia) Group Limited provides installation, assemble and repair services to Australian retailers and utilities through a network of qualified and accredited trade operators.
IA (Australia) Group Limited (“IA Group”) is the holding company that has been established to capitalise on the significant opportunities presented for growth, through vertical and horizontal consolidation within the consumer trade services market. Services to retailers and utilities are provided via wholly-owned subsidiaries, allowing for retailer-specific branding and service offerings, while sharing the costs of common services.
IA Group's flagship subsidiary is Install Assist Pty Ltd (“Install Assist”), which has been the primary provider of installation and assembly services for Bunnings across Australia since 2006.
TGG Services Pty Ltd ("TGG Services") is IA Group's joint venture which provides installation services to The Good Guys stores across Australia. The service started with a trial in Victoria and is being rolled out to cover all stores across the country.
Most recently, IA Group has won two tenders with the Water Corporation for work in the north west region of Western Australia. This includes, managing communications for a behavioural change program, undertaking multiple water meter reads for all residential properties, and audits and water appliance retrofits for residential and non-residential properties.
