IA (Australia) Group Limited (“IA Group”) is the holding company that has been established to capitalise on the significant opportunities presented for growth, through vertical and horizontal integration, allied to Install Assist Pty Ltd (“Install Assist”).

Objectives
IA Group’s short term (2-3 years) objectives are:
- To complete the rollout of the TGG Services in The Good Guys stores across Australia.
- To significantly increase the penetration rates of our services with Bunnings customers across the categories in which we operate.
- To continue the development of TradeBox into a robust and highly automated workflow system, including integration into the appropriate ERP, payment and banking systems.
- To ensure the Company has sufficient resources and capital to expand and deliver the highest quality of service.
- To expand the business model through acquisitions and joint ventures into vertical markets.
- To expand the business model through acquisitions and joint ventures into adjacent markets and categories which do not directly compete with Bunnings.
- To position the Company for an exchange listing, trade sale, or as a dividend return business.
