Install Assist
Install Assist is the exclusive provider of installation and assembly services for Bunnings across Australia. In operation now for three years, Install Assist is a start-up business that evolved from the successful piloting of installation and assembly service provision to Bunnings Do It For Me (DIFM) customers.
Originating in Box Hill, Victoria, the business now services 197 Bunnings Warehouse and small format stores nationally, through a call centre and a network of more than 150 Trade Operators. This network currently provides installation and assembly services across a number of home improvement categories, including: carpets, kitchens, rainwater tanks, air conditioning, sheds and BBQs/outdoor furniture.
IA (Australia) Group Limited (“IA Group”) is the holding company that has been established to capitalise on the significant opportunities presented for growth, through vertical and horizontal integration, allied to Install Assist Pty Ltd (“Install Assist”).
In its first full year of operations, Install Assist experienced a 575% growth in revenue and continues to experience compounding revenue growth. Having undertaken significant capital investment throughout the establishment phase of the business, Install Assist now stands ready to capitalise on the rapidly increasing demand for services generated through the national rollout and increased take-up of the DIFM offerings within Bunnings.
