The IA (Australia) Group Limited (“IA Group”) corporate structure is prepared and ready to accommodate capital raising for the achievement of the corporate strategic objectives.
IA Group has been created along with IAG Holdings Pty Ltd to respectively position and meet the statutory requirements to raise capital via the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) and provide the appropriate mechanism to hold the founding share holders’ equity.
Likewise the structure creates the appropriate vehicles to accommodate the joint venture or wholly owned business units that are to be created to meet a key strategic objective of downstream vertical integration. Install Assist Pty Ltd, TGG Services Pty Ltd and Trade Network Group Pty Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary companies of IA Group.
Corporate services and infrastructure will be shared across all business units to deliver uniformity, compliance, efficiency and cost benefit.
