IA Group is being established to capitalise on the significant opportunities presented for growth, through vertical and horizontal integration, allied to Install Assist.

The corporate structure presented details the structural interrelationships between the operating entities that will either be created or acquired by IA Group. The strategic growth opportunities lie in the leveraging of these structural interrelationships, and the creation of a series of vertical and horizontal supply channels to service the significant demand for installation and assembly services generated through the group.
