IA Group is looking for a Melbourne-based National Accounts Manager

Position: National Account Manager

Reporting to: IAG Board

Remuneration: $100k - $120k package (Base and quarterly performance bonus)

Position advancement: To National General Manager

Support infrastructure:

  • National Operations Centre
  • National Trade Network Group
  • IAG Board

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Management of client side operations for key clients, including Bunnings and The Good Guys
  • Responsibility for the development and execution of national rollout programs for “Installation services” within key clients business operations
  • Responsible for relationship building with senior and category level management, and the development and attainment of category level initiatives
  • Responsible for setting and managing pricing structure and margins
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting and analysis to Key Accounts and the Board
  • Responsible for the negotiation, management and reporting of agreed service levels
  • Accountability for “Installation Category” profitability, and attainment of targeted growth
  • Financial accountability to the IAG Board
