Position: National Account Manager
Reporting to: IAG Board
Remuneration: $100k - $120k package (Base and quarterly performance bonus)
Position advancement: To National General Manager
Support infrastructure:
- National Operations Centre
- National Trade Network Group
- IAG Board
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Management of client side operations for key clients, including Bunnings and The Good Guys
- Responsibility for the development and execution of national rollout programs for “Installation services” within key clients business operations
- Responsible for relationship building with senior and category level management, and the development and attainment of category level initiatives
- Responsible for setting and managing pricing structure and margins
- Responsible for ongoing reporting and analysis to Key Accounts and the Board
- Responsible for the negotiation, management and reporting of agreed service levels
- Accountability for “Installation Category” profitability, and attainment of targeted growth
- Financial accountability to the IAG Board
